When dealing with worry, there are tow basic you can attempt to control your environment or you can attemp to control how you react to your enironment. To say that is is easier to control your reactions than it is to control your environment, however, is not to say that controlling yourself will be easy. It is hard work, and you need to give yourself permission to make mistakes before you get the hang of it.
I am still working through this one. I am learning not to let worry control my life anymore. It is very hard especially in this day and age with so many concerns.
