A good 5S book for Supervisors and their reports.

The 5S approach is by far one of the best systems of organizing and running a factory. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to 5S by ProductivitySA an organisation here in South Africa that helps manufacturing businesses improve their quality systems.

After a few meetings with the ProductivitySA team and their Japanese Advisors, we decided that 5S was the way we wanted to go. The changes to our factory have been amazing to say the least, we have had a noticeable change in the way we think about process and wastage. And our factory is looking spic and span.

I have now taken a keen interest learning about the system, and this book was an outstanding introduction! It is easy to read and understand, but more importantly the examples and methods are so simple to implement.

I am so glad I found this book!
