I’ve been employed as a bodyguard in the past with Eagle Tactical for celebrities, musicians, even billionaires. I’ve never had any of them evade my protection. The little Vixen that stormed into my life ended up as my responsibility.
I’ve been hired to protect her…in secret.
The studio contract is clear, I am not allowed to divulge to her that I’m her personal bodyguard when she leaves the set.
She will find out the truth and when she does she will hate me.
Lincoln is book three in Eagle Tactical and features a hero that you already know and love from the series along with Ariella and Jaxson’s story leading toward their HEA. It is highly recommended that you read the series in order.
Willow has loved writing since she was in high school (many ages ago). Whether she’s writing romance or sitting outside by the bonfire reading a good book, Willow loves the magic of the written word.
I am really enjoying this series. You have to read it in order or you will be confused. I love how the characters from the first book are in all the other books. I enjoy how something happens to someone in every book and the tactical team has to find their person they care about.
This is the 3rd book in this series. I do really like the storylines; however, at times there appears to be competing stories from the characters introduced in the first book. Those characters cannot seem to fade gracefully into the background or resolve their own story. I tend to like my reads wrapped up at the end and while not technically cliffhangers, the first couple seem to be competing with the couples in the other books. Some readers may enjoy this - I will probably read the 4th book for closure :) I do think this author tells a good story - maybe consider allowing each book to be a bit more independent of each other.

Willow Fox must have the absolute lowest opinion of other women. Not one woman in this series is not horrible. The men are all so great. Even the head of the Russian mob and the ex husband of the Italian have great qualities as people aside from their violence in the business stuff, but the women in this series are all pretty hard to like. I imagine Skylar (book 4) is definitely going to be the worst after being a jerk in three prior books, but Harper has to be a close second.
She is the biggest brat for at least 60% of the book. Every time I think her spoiled brat idiot antics can’t get more bratty and childish, they get worse. I’ve never cared less about danger to a main character’s safety. There is a point where she has childishly refused every safety thing needed to go white water rafting down some rapids, which she had apparently never done before, and she abandons the guy who caters about her and knows what he’s doing and I honestly was okay with her drowning after that. She was kidnapped after spending days trying to ditch her bodyguard and complaining about why she doesn’t want one and is upset that she has one and they tied her hands and put a black bag over her head and I thought, “That’s fair,” and I did not care nearly as much about her being kidnapped as I had cared about another character earlier in the book (also kidnapping or holding hostage or putting a gun to the forehead of the women characters happens way too frequently in these books.)
As an example of how annoying she is: she almost gets kidnapped one day and the next day she runs away from the set and the bodyguard because she’s pissy that the guy she likes works security for the set. Um… you were almost kidnapped yesterday. I get that you’re mad at dude, but could you not?
I thought the deep insecurities of Ariella and Hazel or the evil of Emma or the unnecessary b***h personality of Skyler were bad, but Harper comes along to top them all.
I really would like Willow to write a woman character who is nearly as stable and secure and competent, and reasonable as the men she writes.

This is the third book in the Eagle Tactical series and although it has a "Happy for now" ending it still ends on a bit of a cliffhanger .
Lincoln had been helping his four military special forces buddies, they had set up Eagle Tactical security and protection. Lincoln was horrified to find that his next job was personal bodyguard to a popular film star , the crew were filming in their small town. The film star was Harper Madison, the girl who had stolen Lincoln's coffee in the café and who he had been attracted to in the bar, he was sure the attraction was mutual because they had arranged to meet again.
Harper refused to have a bodyguard so it had to be done covertly, what would she do when she found out ? she would hate him, the chemistry was there in spades but there was an unspoken rule, " no relationships with co workers or clients".....could Lincoln resist her.
Harper had her own secret and it was one that was going to put all their lives in danger, the mafia were not to be taken lightly but Lincoln would protect Harper with his life whether she wanted him to or not.
This is an action packed story but it really must be read in sequence to get the most enjoyment.

Conceal is book 3 of the series. This one focuses on Harper and Lincoln, but the rest of Eagle Tactical are back as well.
I liked Lincoln and the preview at the end of book 2 saying he would have to lie had me already knowing that was not going to work out well.
So many secrets are still floating around for Ariella and Jaxson.
The story kept me at the edge of my seat. Bomb dropped for book 4. Interested to see where that goes.
Only complaint is that at times the story jumped back to cover what happened before what we just read without telling that it went back. Example Jaxson went to see Lincoln. Next chapter stars with Ariella and Jaxson before he went to see Lincoln. It was pretty quick to straighten out, but broke me out of the story as I worked to make sure I had the timeline right.

Harper is on location filming when she goes into the coffee shop and steals Lincoln's coffee, because the barista mistakenly puts the wrong name on her cup. She doesn't want a bodyguard but the studio hires one for her under the condition that she doesn't find out. Lincoln becomes her bodyguard, not liking the fact that he can't tell her. Harper's reputation as a bad girl proceeds her though, even though it isn't true. Lincoln is really intrigued by Harper and wants to get to know her better. Now the action begins. Ariella gets kidnapped by her ex-husband off the set, while Harper watches, almost becoming a victim herself. Harper goes to get help, letting the guys get to Ariella before too much bad happens. Can Harper forgive Lincoln for lying? Can Lincoln convince Harper to stay? I got an advance copy asking me to give my honest opinion.
While running late for his job at Eagle Tactical one morning, Lincoln can't help but be both attracted and annoyed by the stranger who absconded with his cup of coffee. When she approaches him later that night at the bar to apologize, he's determined to get to know her. Harper is an actress with a reputation for trouble, in town for a movie shoot. When the production company hires Eagle Tactical for security, they specifically request a bodyguard for Harper... but she can't know she has a bodyguard. Lincoln seems the natural choice, since he enjoys spending time with her. But when she finds out, will she ever forgive him?

This is book 3 in the Eagle Tactical Series and can be read as a standalone but still leaves you with a ending that leaves you wanting more, this is the story of Harper Madison (a film star, with a little secret) and Lincoln (part of the Eagle Tactical team with his ex military buddies), he becomes Harper’s unofficial bodyguard to her (without her knowledge to begin with) but official to his team as Eagle Tactictal are hired as security for the film set in their town.
This book is full of twists and turns some expected but some not, you’ll not want to put this book down till the end and even then it leaves you wanting more.

Lincoln, wanna be restaurateur and part time operative with Eagle Tactical, is an undercover body guard for Harper Madison. Harper is a star in a movie filming in Breckenridge, Eagle's home turf. She doesn't want a bodyguard, but her studio insists. Linc draws the short straw to guard Harper, but he doesn't see it that way. She seems high maintenance, unpredictable and immature. But, in spite of her actions, Lincoln falls for Harper. They face kidnappings, villainous ex husbands and treacherous actions. But in the end, the team of Eagle Tactical pulls out all the stops. The storytelling is done through multiple points of view, so we follow several different stories at once. Overall, a very engaging and fast paced book.
This was the first book I've read from this author and I loved it. At first I was a little unsure about the multiple viewpoints but found it really good. This book had many layers, the main being between Bodyguard Lincoln and starlet Harper. The second begin between Jaxson and Ariella which involved her ex Ben. Along with all the others on the team, it made for quite a sophisticated book. Dramatic, fast paced, intense and certainly with a great plot and exciting characters, I can't praise it more highly. Now to get the others in the series.

Honestly this is my favorite one in the series so far. I love that the characters from books one and two still play in the series. It could be read alone but would probably be better to be read as a full series. Lincoln and Harper are honestly my favorites in the series (I’m currently starting book 4) because their meeting and connection was so natural. Please take the time to read this series. It is fast moving and amazingly written.
I received this book for review purposes but all thoughts and feelings are my own.
When Lincoln helps out the Eagle Tactical team by becoming a body guard to the a movie star Harper whose in town, only problem they already met and she doesnt want a body guard! going undercover as her bodyguard means there can be no relationship between them, but she doesnt know? and shes hiding secrets one that will bring the mafia to town! and Ariella and Jaxon have more trouble ahead with Ben! Well written book 3 in the series that just keeps getting better! the story lines draw you in and hold your attention throughout! i cant wait for more!
I loved this book it’s so full of fast paced action. Harper is so much more than people think, I loved the real her. Lincoln is so protective, he’ll do anything to keep her safe. I loved how the women were such fast friends. This book is full of passion, danger, suspense, drama and so many surprises that keep you guessing throughout. I so enjoy coming back to these wonderful characters.

This was my first read from this author. I absolutely loved the first person point of view of the story. This is a deal breaker for me. I really liked the story and the writing. The leading character, Lincoln, had a great voice and for it's the hero that makes or breaks the hero. I will read more in the future from this author.

Conceal is the third of what I assume is four bood. In this one the relationships of the security company are firming up with the addition of a movie actress coming to town with cast and crew. She is followed into town, but she is not the only one attracting followers.
I imagine this could be read as a standalone, but you would miss so much of the interlocking background.

I absolutely love this series. This is the third book in the Eagle Tactical series. Lincoln is the central character alone with Harper. Harper needs protection, but she does not think so, so her employer hires Eagle Tactical without her knowledge. Lincoln tries to be professional, but the more time he spends with Harper, the harder that become.
I love how each book has a central couple, but the rest of the Eagle Tactical team is also part of the book.
Enjoyed Lincoln and Harper's story. Again an action pack intriguing story. I have been binge reading this series and for me, it means a lot. For months I have been in a reading slump. Just haven't been in the mood to read, these stories have been so good just couldn't stop reading. The descriptions are great, it's fun reading about the group. Going on to the next book. Written by Cindy :)
I enjoyed this book. An entertaining combination of romance, suspense and drama snags and holds your attention well as the engaging storyline unfolds. This is the third book in this ongoing series and to have the best reading experience that you can, I highly recommend that you read these books in order. I am electing to post a candid review.
He is a bodyguard to the famous and they normally know about it. He has been hired to protect her but not to tell her about it. What will happen if she finds out? How will she deal with it? Why does she need protection? See how it all goes

I love how each one at the beginning starts off with who and what the stories about but also updates you on how the other members of the team are doing also. So much action and adventure going on. This is Lincoln and Harpers story.I received a free copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a honest review.
I love how this book is a building block from book one. We see POV from Lincoln, but also Harper and Jaxon and Ariella. The continuing underlying story from book one is going strong and it's great to see the characters develop and see more of their backstory.
So you get kidnapped and think it’s okay to drink the tea your captor’s associate brings you? I cannot with the stupidity 🤦🏽♀️
I didn’t like how all the other characters seemed to over power the main characters. I felt like it was hard to get to know Lincoln and Harper when the author was still talking about everyone else extensively from the previous 2 books.

Think is the 3rd book in the series. Ariella battles for her life with Ben. Harper is forced to deal with unfinished business with Enzo. Really good series!

I absolutely loved this book and was honored to have been able to read and review. It was such a phenomenal read and had amazing characters as well as an amazing story line. I just could not get enough of it and once I started reading it I could not put it down. I recommend that you read it.
First of all in my last review I called Hazel , Hailey. Sorry. Harper wasn't looking for love and neither was Lincoln but they found it in each other. Lot of action.
