Keith Lemon: The Rules

Rate this book
As you can tell, I'm a good looking guy and quite a hit with the ladies—some proper bang tidy lasses too. I've been honing my game for a few years now and now, I reveal all. In my book, I reveal the 69 rules of being a succ-sex. Clever, right? So why not slip into something a little more comfortable, take my hand, and I'll guide you through the rules of attraction, chat-up lines, first dates, and relationships, Lemon-style. With rules for men and women, no one should be without this guide. Especially not the flarey-nostrelled bird from Celebrity Juice . She needs all the help she can get. Lemonize your life. It's as simple as that—shaaaa-ting!

I'm broad-minded and loathe the whole concept of cancel-culture, but this book is so distasteful that it left me feeling strangely contaminated. It starts with a classic joke: that of the narcissistic idiot who views women as little more than a sex-toy and whose ideas for attracting them consist of doing everything they'd dislike - which is funny, as far as it goes. But then he repeats the same joke, with minimal variation, for the whole of the rest of the book. Yes, yes, it's obviously ironic, and Keith Lemon is surely too intelligent to believe anything he's written here, but it's nonetheless unpleasant, and worst of all, it's boring.

Picked it out from the pile of books on the shelf at the GP surgery. Thought it might be funny - it wasn't. It was absolute rubbish.

Not a fan!

As much as I belly laugh at Keith ont' telleh I really don't think the humour translates into book form. I knew I was probably going to dislike the book but I thought I'd give it a go as it was bought for me as a joke Christmas present last year!

A very easy book to read if you're bored and don't want to read anything too deep. Has some quite funny parts and some parts to remember. Not one to rave about but it wasn't a bad book.
