This book had a lot of practical advice for leaders. Nothing mind-blowing, but still lots of good truths.

I read the special edition Chi Alpha version of the book with 24 images.

This is a great book, full of many great illustrations for solid leadership principles. These images or Habitudes would be great to use as a guide for leadership training with large groups as well as small group discipleship.

Thoroughly enjoyed. Several great takeaways:
Don’t evaluate success by getting everyone on board. Instead celebrate and invest in those who do get on board.
Be a small sprocket revolving hundreds of times before moving the big gear.
Excited to share with students.

My high schoolers had to read this for school, so I read it also. Excellent tips for teens and adults to use throughout their lives. It is a quick read.

Had to read for a class. Painfully cliche. Quick read with decent reflection questions.

Read it as part of leadership training for my online church.
First off, though I lead, I do not consider myself a leader. For that reason, many of the illustrations got lost on me. I did my best to gleam some things from it. I just felt that the book is not for me. I understand others giving it 5 stars, they are leaders and got great lessons out of it. I did not. That does not make it bad, just not for me.

A must read for anyone who does any public speaking or even teaching. While not all the principles apply to every speaking situation, there are many useful ideas for a speaker or teacher to incorporate into their communication.

Was given this to read for a youth group & think it could be very valuable for those that need a push or those who are stuck

A laughable sham of a book. I understand the whole "visual learning" aspect being a vital part of the process, but this book has little depth. True leaders will see right through this guy.
