I was disappointed in receiving this book because it was more of a workbook then a book that discussed the subject of Joy as part of the Fruit of the Spirit. It would have been nice to do in a group setting with others to discuss. Which I might consider in the future. It has all questions and no discussion of the topic. Very disappointed. All of the workbooks I have discuss the topic and then ask questions, and then talk about the topic again.
