A book of this grade is generally well kept and is in good shape to read and store. Sturdy spine, all pages intact physically. Solid cover. Might have acceptable shelve wear. Might, rarely, have very limited notes.

a little sexist, racist, and ageist. appropriate for the time i suppose.

the back cover copy really does not discribe the book though. 24 hours to choose? i don't even know what that's talking about!

i read this because i like reading about old philadelphia stuff. at least it was accurate about streets and locations and stuff. but it really wasn't a very good book. kind of boring, and sensationalist, and just not that awesome.

Interesting story of Philadelphia in the 60s; definitely a piece of its period, including racist language and overall style.

Dated, yes but quite forward for the time it was written in. Interesting dilemma and how it is described. Definitely worth a read
