About the author

Carole Carlton is a lecturer, writer and author in many aspects of complementary medicine and ancient spirituality. She has written seven books in the 'Mrs Darley' series of Pagan books, with the eighth, due out in 2022.

Have this as an audio book, love the Mrs Darley stories and love all the information contained within, the Mrs D stories made a lovely break between the factual information and tied everything together nicely.

The third in the Mrs Darley series looks at the 4 elements of air, fire, water and earth, plus a short chapter on spirit. It made me stop and appreciate the planet and just how necessary the elements are to our survival and also their effect on the psyche, which I hadn't really considered before.
Mrs Darley is superb as always and there are some fabulous stories in this one that really make you think. Loved Time & Tide and Flora.
