This series is just being dragged out. I’m not mad that Chizuru isn’t the type to show much affection. I understand why and get that but I don’t like how long this is taking. She should know by now if she loves Kazuya. I swear she better be the one confessing her love next. Kazuya has done enough.
Nothing happens in this volume. We have more of Kazuya's internal monologing that is a record on repeat at this point. The one positive is that the vacation arc is over.
read Chapters 229 to 238Chapters 230 to 238 - The main character went into depression mode after her rental girlfriend avoided her for a few months. This volume ain't bad. But it makes me wonder where is the series going. We just threw out plot development and character progression in Volume 26. And despite a confrontation at the beginning chapters of Volume 27, it feels as if every gains the main casts will obtain here will be shallow. They may obtain their goals, but at a costly price. The prizes they will obtain will not be worth it. So, what can I say, except, "Let's see where the series goes."
