4 Kidnapping With Benefits Stars ⭐
I liked this. It was lighter than I expected and as erotic as I hoped. The story of a fresh out of prison Made Man who isn't really sure who he is anymore. Throw in a sassy florist indebted to the Mafia and Dens of Sins was surprisingly romantic.
I’ve been dead for years. Who knew all I needed was a good fuck to come back to life? And it is the best of fucks.
Armando has served his time and kept his silence. Now out, nothing feels right. And when a hit on his head goes wrong, it lands in the lap of Hannah's Florist store. This immediately makes her a liability. One that Armando is a little too pleased to take care of.
I didn't expect the chemistry to be this explosive, this quick, and really damn hot. But it's like Armando and Hannah have been in limbo for awhile. And all of sudden they're static and sizzling. It worked for me. Especially the hint of kink that didn't feel fake.

When he’s targeted outside Garden of Eden, he unintentionally pulls Hannah into his world. As he sits on her to ensure she won’t snitch, the lines between captive and lover become blurred.
As an empath, Hannah easily senses the shifts in Armando, feeling his discomfort at being out of prison. Having hardened to the point of being apathetic, Hannah is the only person to illicit any emotion from him. I fell hard for both of these two and am itching to see what happens after the line went dead.

At first the story is very interesting and doing so well and even fast to explains things about the whole story. But THEN the hero goes to the strip club and let his mafia friend told him what to do which to have a stripper gave him a lap dance 🥵🥵 He said okay and let the woman do it… Not only with one woman, but three woman. The first was one and then two woman, the hero even confessed that his c*ck is semi hard cause of it 😩
And this is after the hero fvcked the heroine like two times already. So not before, but after. AND HE DO THIS?! He claimed to do this because his mafia boss and friends told him to and he have to play the part so he won’t get killed. BUT STILL…. Still wrong😥
At first he was uncomfortable and claimed want to get out from there “Now i just want to walk away. From it all.”. But what the actual fvck 🥵😓💀
I was loving the beginning of the story. The hero got out from a prison after serving five years and one day someone tries to kill in him in front of the heroine’s flower shop. The heroine is a florist who also have a cat at her apartment, saw everything and the hero immediately told her to not say anything. The chemistry between them began and it was VERY HOT AND ROMANTIC 🥺🥺🥺 And the way the hero slowly wants to get out from the mafia world because he is tired of it and finding the heroine made him want to start a new life…. The hero at first was so already OVER THE TOP POSSESSIVE PROTECTIVE ALPHA MALE and they have great s3x. The hero claimed to have his d*ck woke up by the heroine for the first time in five years which is romantic right… It was doing so well here 😬😬😬😬
But that happens and it made me not want to continue this book even further 🙄🙄🙄

What a fantastic ride! Truly pulled me out of the slump of mediocre books I had been in. The storyline was fantastic and kept me engaged from page one all the way to that cliffhanger that I somehow missed was coming 🙈. The character development was awesome. Wonderfully complex characters that dig right in and don't let go. I loved how Hannah was able to spark Armando back to life again. The chemistry between them was off. The. Chain. SUPER hot. Like, need to take a cold shower afterwards, lol. That cliffy about killed me, but luckily we don't need to wait too long till the conclusion.

Amazing, amazing! Armando and Hannah meet in the most dangerous and unusual way. Hannah witnesses something she shouldn’t have and Armando, just out of jail, decides to keep an eye on her in the most captivating way.
I loved Hannah’s empathy and felt her emotions and thoughts through the pages. Whereas Armando just wants to feel again, bring warmth and light back into his life. And that’s exactly what he finds in Hannah.

44 months in prison have numbed Armando. Being out he does not feel free, he still experiences a colorless existence between four concrete walls, he is unable to connect.
But when he thwarts a hit attempt and killing the assassin in a flower shop, owner Hannah becomes a witness.
But Hannah is anything but meek, and Armando does not want to kill an innocent woman. Having a crush on Armando for years, Hannah has a hard time keeping away from the cold blooded killer she just witness killing a man with his bare hands.
Spending time with his captive, they both have to admit loving that time. Told in dual POV alternating between Armando and Hannah this is fast paced and loaded with hot sex, a lot of sex.
It seems the dominant Armando is a perfect match for Hannah's submissiveness.
But there is still a hit out, and playing house with his captive is not ideal.
This book ends on a cliffhanger and now it's waiting time for book 2.

Armando was such a dominant character and I ate it up. Hannah loved it as well. She's an empath and feels everything that is going through Armando. Soon it is just more than him keeping an eye on Hannah.
Their chemistry was crazy hot. He is still adjusting to life outside of prison and Hannah is doing her best to run her flower shop. Honestly he was bad but so good for her.
And the way it was written, kept me hooked. I cannot wait for the next book and see how this story will end.

Book club read. Tiktok recommended it. Unfortunately the tiktok highlighted the only good parts of the book. The book is advertised as interracial, yet the characters aren’t written or described well. The FMC was written as a “dark skinned package”. Pass. If you write black or POC characters, please research to understand and only then should you apply it to writing. The smut was underwhelming and repetitive. The insta love was toxic, territorial and obnoxious. The reason I rated 2 stars was because of the cliff hanger. Did I want to read book 2? No. But if you leave me on a cliff hanger when the book becomes decent, I’m going to follow up so I guess you achieved me reading on.
Lastly, this is a mafia book and yet no one aside from the first guy is unalived. Smut doesn’t have to have a grand and majestic plot, but due to the smut lacking, the book fell flat in so many ways.

This book had me all tingly I swear. Armando is the perfect mafia boyfriend and I cannot wait until the next book comes out. And the spice was just fantastic. I loved every minute of reading this book.
Armando was just released from prison after taking the fall for a job that went sideways. He is attacked by a profession hit man and the florist, Hannah, witnesses it. He feels an urge to protect her and make her his so he does. Hannah has been struggling with the flower shop she owns. It is hard to make ends meat and she has to pay money to the mob to protect it. After witnessing a murder, she is taken captive by Armando, a man she knew in the past before he disappeared. Now, with the stakes so high can the two develop a last relationship?

Damn what a great mafia romance. I loved how it was a kidnapping but a different one, so definitely not traditional. It’s super fast paced and includes a insta-love trope, so beware if that is not your thing. I loved the chemistry between those two and it was spicy in all the right ways. Definitely recommend!

The cost of loving a mafia man. This story lulled me into a false sense of security and hope, then the authors start to tear the foundation I stood on. Hannah and Mando seem to have a good thing going between them, albeit like walking a tightrope and maintaining a curious balance. The ending leaves so many questions!! I was just starting to like Marco. I'm hoping for the best in the next book, but my mind is telling me differently. I'm invested in this couple and need more now!!! I couldn't put it down.

Cute read. I love mafia romance and a bad guy doing everything for this one girl however here the plot lacked… well plot.. it was mostly them two in her appartment and that just made the story fall a little flat. Still really enjoyed it as a smutty inbetween read

overall, this was a pretty decent read! i love dark mafia romances, so this book immediately sounded intriguing to me. armando is mafia made man who just got out of prison and is really having a hard time adjusting to life outside of prison. he is a typical mafia man: dominant, possessive, protective, and cold. hannah owns a flower shop and is his polar opposite. she’s very emotional, kind-hearted, and submissive. i really didn’t love hannah’s character all that much. i cant really put my finger on what it is about her that i didn’t like but i feel like some of her mannerisms and her lack of ability to stand up for what she believed in was frustrating for me as a reader. i did enjoy armando and the chemistry and passion between him and hannah. there really isn’t a ton of plot is this book besides 3 major events that happen, but there is a TON of spice that definitely did not disappoint. i loved that we got a lot of spice and i loved the connection between hannah and armando, but i really would have enjoyed a little bit more plot. this is book 1 and does end in a cliffhanger, but i am excited to see where the story goes in book 2!

I am not really sure what to think of this book. It’s well written and has the POTENTIAL to be a good book but there’s almost no plot at all. I wouldn’t even call this a mafia type book cause the only thing that ties to the mafia aspect is that the MMC just so happens to be a made man….
The way the MCs interact also feels so off and forced to me….
There is no chemistry at all between them to me honestly and things feel out of place half the time.
I personally felt like a lot of stuff that the FMC went through had me frustrated at her for not standing up when she claims over and over she’s always been an independent woman. It feels so off to me!

Den Of Sins is Armando and Hannah's story and it is definitely a steamy story. It ends on a cliffhanger but there's nothing about this story that says it's not worth the wait. The chemistry between this couple is over top hot. Their beginning is a little unconventional, but hey, in every good story things start shaky right. It's the final result that counts and in the end that makes for a wild ride. This story has all the great things we look for in a great Mafia read. Plenty of intrigue, chaos, danger, surprises, twists and turns and let's not forget heat and excitement. I can't wait for the next part of their journey.

Armando has just been released from prison after serving a five year sentence. As his cousin drives him back home to Chicago he feels numb to everything. Dead inside and in a funk. The last thing he wants is a surprise party, coming face to face with his ex-fiancée who is now with another member of The Outfit, or La Cosa Nostra as the don prefers to call it. He’s instructed to keep his nose clean while on parole, working a construction job. But he’s gone from being on a high tier to lower level again. It feels like a kick in the teeth. Everything around him is familiar and strange at the same time. He tries to go to the barbers as he’d usually do on a Friday, only as he leaves and sets off for a walk, he see a suspicious looking guy coming his way. It’s obviously a hit but he has no weapons except the sheer will power to stay alive. Their fight ends up spilling over into the local florist next door and although he does everything he can, the hit man ends up dead.
Hannah’s Friday afternoon just went from quiet to crazy in the space of five minutes. She worked as the assistant five years ago, but now she owns the shop. Business isn’t great and she’s regretting her decision. Then this happens! She’d always liked Armando and she couldn’t believe he remembered her name. She’s grown into a stunningly beautiful young woman and for the first time since he got out, he starts to feel again. See colours again.
Hannah always had a huge crush on Armando, but never knew what happened too him. She hadn’t even considered prison, but the attractions’s still there and this time it’s mutual. They go from 0-60 with their chemistry and it is passionate and steamy. They can’t keep their hands off each other. Despite the danger closing in, Hannah is slowly bringing Armando back to life…
This was an excellent start to the series. The characters are well developed and both feel torn and confused, but they can’t escape the chemistry between them. It takes on a life of its own.
There’s an ‘old school vibe’ that runs through the story. I loved the timeless use of language…capisce, doll and pet names. Remove the mobile phones etc and you oils be back in the 60’s, the 20’s…
It ended on a nail biting cliffhanger. Absolutely brilliant.

You had better love intensity because those is the key word for this book! A breathtaking blend of intense emotions, drama, situations, action, tension, suspense and steam fuels book one of Hannah and Mando's decadently tempting romance. Whew!! It is best to have a cold beverage handy because these two are a combustive inferno that is so hot it is a miracle that your ereader doesn't melt. There is a lush underlying layer of sweetness though between these two that you can't help feeling though and personally I was getting a super mega meant to be vibe off of them. I feel hard and fast for these two and I'm betting you will too. As this is book one of two, there is a cliffy and OMG!!!! It is a VERY INTENSE one that is definitely going to leave your heart racing as you anxiously wait to find out what happens. I need book two YESTERDAY!!! This is my freely posted, impartial review.

I have to admit, I'm a huge fan girl of both these great authors and they do not disappoint here.
When mafia soldier Armando, gets out of prison he vows to never return, keep his nose clean and...
Suffice to say, he ends up in the local mafia's florist shop (who knew that your blood red blooms may come with a drop of the real thing?) run by the beautiful but broke Hannah. They end up 'together' (can't spoil the plot here) and the glorious chemistry and steam begins... And what steam it is, there is some kink but the attraction is off the charts.
There is one hell of a hair pulling out, kindle tossing cliffhanger so you have been warned.
The touch of both these brilliant authors gives us a beautifully crafted and sizzling read with characters who are so multi layered that you get pulled into the vortex with them both.
The waiting for book 2 though is agony....
