For ten months, she took in six continents, thirty countries, by land and sea, mostly, taking direction from her friends and family online. She travels alone, meets people, gets into some jams, and changes her life. The story is funny, light-hearted, and inspirational.

Rosemary Dukelow, world traveler and presenter came to our book club to to show her slideshow that accompanies the book. It was Fabu! The book is a quick read and great armchair travel book. I enjoyed the voice the book is written in, it is very conversational. This is a book that started as a blog and that makes it fun as the author put in comments from readers of the blog. I also like the photos included in the book. I highly recommend this book as a resource for any one who wants to travel on a budget. If you get a chance to see the author in person, you are in for a real treat. Thumbs Up!
