There are any number of books about sailing - but none so delightfully clear and well-written as this one. Even as a life-long sailor the simple and elegantly information in this book serves as a great refresher on the basic elements of sails and sailing. I would also highly recommend "Plain Sailing" for any new sailor who is looking to demystify the basics of sailing.

Great read

A long time sailor I still learned a lot and will reread it often. Highly recommend it. Sails are the sailor’s engine, learn to use them efficiently.
