Menurutku endingnya kurang seru sih. Seperti saat terkuaknya kebenaran kematian si India. Atau bahkan saat Lauren menjual lukisannya dan langsung laku sehingga kalau dipikir-pikir, kurang seru karena konfliknya gak ada. Cuma review:) at least penggambaran paris yang mewah buat aku suka bacanya sih:))

Paris Match was my first novel so I'll always love it. Lauren Wright's search for her runaway daughter is gripping and I've had many people be very surprised by the turn of events in the book. I chose to spend more time setting up the story and laying it out in a more literary fashion. I think it's a fun, fast-paced read that keeps you guessing.
Lauren was born out of my years as a tourguide for the Virginia Museum of Fine Art. I'm passionate about fine art and have studied it very carefully. One of the may favorite tours that I did was on the great French Impressionists; this was the same time I was creating Lauren's painting prowess a la Renoir and Monet. It was intriguing for me to create a character that seemed ordinary at first but, in fact, she had an extraordinary gift that no one knew about, not even her children.
Baca buku ini cukup bikin aku stres pd awalnya.. Ceritanya ga bgt jelas, bikin aku geleng2 kepala.. Ya standart2 chicklit gt deh.. Makin ketengah sih cerita nya makin oke lah, tapii.. Yg bikin aku greget itu waktu mw smpe ending.. Duh.. Koq penyelesaian mslh nya gt aja.. Kasus ny terlalu simple dan ga menarik, ditambah penyelesaian kasus yg biasa2 aja.. Byk hal yg msh menggantung. Tentang si 'anu', si 'ini', dan si 'itu' msh blom jelas sm skali.. Bnr2 melelahkan.. Dan bikin frustasi..
well i only kind of read it...i stopped after the first chapter--very unlike me, but the world is full of too many good books to get stuck on mediocre ones where the author (even if she is representing richmond :) never learned writing 101 "show don't tell"
