Jack Henseleit was born on a winter evening in 1991, just after the stroke of midnight. When the weather is dark and stormy, he writes fairy tales – real fairy tales, where witches and goblins play tricks on unwary girls and boys. Not all of the tales have happy endings.

Book two was as funny as the first. I like the intermission stories and Anne Bunny.

Het nieuwste boek en weer helemaal tof! Heel veel leuke avonturen met letters, een gestoord paard, heel veel konijnen, een goudvis die ik toch uiteindelijk wel OK vond, Ed's verhaal (en dan die plot twist aan het einde), ik lag regelmatig dubbel terwijl ik las (en ik heb ook flink wat dingen gedeeld met mijn man). Echt het was heerlijk om te lezen en ik heb hem dan ook in een ruk uitgelezen. Echt een aanrader deze serie. Elk karakter is zo leuk (zelfs de spion, trouwens haar gesprek met die panter, geweldig).

These books are fun. My son loves them so much he dressed as Spot for book week and we brought a copy of each for the school library so others can enjoy them.If your kids love adventure and loveable characters this is for them. The cross bones books are the perfect jump from picture books to novels with the easy to follow humours story and fantastic illustrations. We have read and reread them so many times and my 7 year old still picks them over new stories.

As captain Magnus is determined to find the treasure of the dog with two tails he does not know what he is in for so for his team mates. But after they find the treasure they will never suspect that the cat o nine have send a cat to act like a dog and steal there treasure in the next book
