I've always loved the Rifts Role-Playing Game...as well as most of the other games produced by Palladium Books, and the Rifters were a great idea: fan submissions, optional material, rules addendums, FAQs, etc...they're great! :)
Personally, I found the City Creation rules the most useful, and I love the addition of the Knights of the Dinner Table comics, as well.
