I bought this book frm Japan back in 2006/2007 . I have been looking to learn more about Retention management, HR at that time.
I re-read it after a long time and it was useful.
Easy to read and understand, clear and simple enough to get basic, useful knowledge about retention management.
I hope this book helps the others as much as it has helped me
