In this third edition of Arbor Reflections from the Students of Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School , students from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School reflect on their experiences.
As an excerpt from the Editors' Note reads,
"From the first day of medical school, we as medical students are encouraged to actively reflect on our experiences. We are reminded not to lose sight of ourselves amidst the intensity of the training process, and to hold on to our passions, interests, and what makes us unique and complete individuals outside of medicine. Keeping this light on defends against burnout, but is also important in the long-run to help us be able to see our patients as people and relate to them as individuals outside of the clinic and hospital setting. This collection was created in the spirit of this notion, and celebrates the talents and diversity of our classmates."
