I absolutely loved how I was taken on a full journey of my skin and really enjoyed the writing style here. I have rosacea so bought this for myself as I was getting very overwhelmed with the information available online and feel I now know what I can try. I am a registered dietitian myself but skin health is not my speciality and although I have been reading a lot about the gut-brain axis for gut disorders it was great to learn how it further applies to skin.
This is a great read if you are looking for evidence based recommendations and tips to improve your skin.

I already knew a lot of what was included in this book, but it’s always good to have a reminder. Skimmed through sections on skin conditions that didn’t apply to me, but the anti-aging tips were great reminders. Perfect for anyone just starting to focus on skin health, though for me, the nutrition advice was mostly stuff I already do.

As a skincare student at the time I absolutely loved reading this and it was so informative and up to date. It taught me so much that I didn’t already know and also enabled me to be able to advise my (now) clients about some adjustments to their skin.
