I found this at work while shelf-reading (as you know by now I am a school librarian). It turned out a teacher bought this for our library before I got transferred from another school. It's particularly a thin book so I finished early.

The title was pretty catchy hence why I've picked it up "during lunch" (the irony eh?) Cover wise, it looked cute!

This book seemed to focus on kids and teenagers on the importance of exercising and keeping fit in all the different ways there are, in which includes playing games and how to eat. It's full with strong colored pages, hence keeping the reader intact in focusing while reading this book. Especially when this is a non-fiction and exercise hence, this book has made it attentive grabbing. Which is pretty good.

Loving it! Hopefully other school libraries have this one in their collection.

Even though I'm a teenager, I found this book helpful. I use mainly the stretches and strength exercises, but there are other things as well, as in fun games to play and other stuff. A good book if you want to get more flexible, stronger, and in general a bit fitter.
