A great read. There's likely very little in this book that you haven't heard before, but this book presents it all in such a basic and straightforward way that I couldn't help but think "of course I need to do that, why haven't I done that already?"
Within an hour of finishing this book, I removed the final few social media apps with which I had accounts, significantly reduced the number of apps on my phone that can trigger notifications (only texts from my son's mom can get through during the work day), installed a website blocker to remove access to time wasting sites, and moved my phone charger into my office to avoid bedtime or early morning phone use.
On top of this, the book is like 50 pages long, so it's easy to pick up again in the future if I need a motivational refresh.
