These books are awesome. One of the few things in life than when consumed in mass quantities won’t make you fat. So happy to find out that there a good number of these.

Megan Price writes a funny collection of anecdotes from real game wardens in New England. They include adventures of a warden and his dog named Satan. There are also confrontations with poachers and actual skirmishes with wildlife. It is a fun read that would be a great way to pass the time in a duck blind waiting for sunrise.

Great stories here that give the flavor and dialog of Vermont. Unfortunately, I think this volume is better than the first. I say unfortunately because I don't want folks to forsake the first book because it was great. This second book has stories from different game wardens, giving the reader more context for the occupation. Great read with real laughs (especially Satan the blockheaded Lab).
