Pete Evans may be Australian cookery’s greatest troll. Not only does he refer to himself as a celebrity chef (the height of douchedom), he displays a clear contempt for real life and real kitchens.

Case in point, he introduces his Chinese Spaghetti Bolognese with the words, ‘we all love a dish that is no-nonsense, inexpensive and has only a few ingredients’ and then goes on to list no fewer than SEVENTEEN (yes, 17) ingredients. LOLs all around.

Supertroll has trolled us again. I’m glad I borrowed this one from the library.
