I fin6d this book to be quite offensive and the author didn't consult me before writing this wonderful series. Fantastic read though, however while she6 exposed some of my tactics she didn't exp6ose all of my secrets. MWHAHAHA!

The title is funny, but the subject matter is not. This book gave me real tips on how to protect my children from the enemy. There is evil out in the world and the enemy does not want us or our children to enjoy God's love and presence. The book gave wonderful specific prayers to use as warfare.

The title of this book is somewhat alarming, but it is a reminder that our enemies are not of flesh and blood. This book is very empowering, full of biblical wisdom and hope.

This book is chock full of Scriptures and advice of how to keep Satan at bay from your children. Even though my children are older, this book still applied to me. I recommend this read to every parent, from expecting parents to parents who have old children. It's never too late!

Joni Lamb, President, Daystar TV wrote a wonderful FOREWARD for this book. She says, “It is no secret, being a parent is a tough job!" Yes; it certainly is, and thanks to God, it comes with great rewards too.

I admit for many years my knowledge of Satan was limited. I didn’t realize that Satan uses lies and deception to destroy families. I had no idea that spiritual warfare even existed. A book like SATAN, You CAN'T HAVE MY CHILDREN would have benefited me greatly.

Now I’m a born-again believer with adult children and grandchildren. I’m an avid reader of the Bible; and fully aware that Satan is the god of this world; that he is a thief and a liar; that he is out to get Christians, and will do everything in his power to destroy lives, and severe relationships with God.

Readers will understand why weapons for spiritual warfare are powerful when applied. The author writes: Satanic forces are stalking every family on this earth. The enemy is the devil, who “prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.” (I Peter 5:8). He is the thief who “comes only to steal, kill and destroy: our loved ones. (John 10:10.)

The author provides a breakdown of the seven spiritual weapons available to Christians, powerful tools that defeat Satan every time; God’s Promises For Parents; the Prayer of Faith; the Prayer for Despondent and Rebellious Children; and the Declaration of Faith. The book is scripture based, and includes reflections from the author’s life.

Iris Delgado provides under, My Identity And Position In Christ, a list of confessions based on Scripture that enables the reader to understand what is means to be a child of God. Reading these confessions aloud reaffirms who we are in Christ. For example: "I am an enemy of the devil. (I Peter 5:8); I am born of God; and the evil one cannot touch me. (I John 5:18).

Satan, You Can’t HAVE MY CHILDREN, provides parents and grandparents with wisdom and knowledge on how to keep Satan away from their families. An amazing resource for parents and grandparents with children of all ages.

Resist the devil and he will flee!

This book was awesome! If you have small children I recommend that you start applying these principles now. Or if you have older kids, these principles will still work. I have been studying spiritual warfare for a few years now and this book confirmed everything God has been instructing me to do. If you want to see change in your household and your kids, get this book! And remember, it all starts with you! I’m a living testimony of when I allowed God to transform me, my children are now being transformed!!

Good information, but

The author really needs an editor to help her get her thoughts organized, she is all over the place.
Also, the formatting of the kindle version isn't very good, every few paragraphs starts a new "chapter", I guess in an attempt to have sections in the table of contents, but there is no consistency.

There are good prayers in this book for our children/grandchildren, but really nothing new to see here. It’s a good book, but I found it to be overly dramatic. Just not my style, I guess. Others may love it.

A few old fashioned comments by the author, but otherwise - this should be mandatory reading for all who follow Jesus Christ. Powerful information.

Spiritual warfare is very much alive and well and when I got the chance to read and review this book I had to get on the list. I’m currently doing a Bible study in which I have been most convicting in my spirit that I need to do more with my children in Biblical training and reading Satan, You Can’t Have My Children it was made clear to me that the Lord was speaking through this book.

We all struggle with sin and temptation and knowing that it’s Satan way of bringing us down and destroying us and our families is the first step in calling upon the name of the Lord to remove those demons. Iris Delgado does a wonderful in explaining some of the signs of Satan’s attacks and how to destroy those strongholds using Scripture and examples. This book is short and won’t take much time to read but the time it takes will have a lasting impression in protecting your children (and your house) from the warfare that surrounds us every day. Just because Christ is already the victor doesn’t mean we can let our guard down on Earth and stop praying for our children.

Believe it or not, I started reading this book today while waiting for my printer ink cartridge to be refilled at Walgreen's. I found it on a shelf of Christian books at the drugstore. The title "Satan, You Can't Have My Children" first put me off a bit, because it sounds like something Aunt Esther from "Sanford and Son" or the Church Lady from the old "Saturday Night Live" Shows would have said. Yet I quickly, in the 20 minutes or so I had to skim through the book, found it to be one of the most straightforward and practical books on spiritual warfare I have ever read. Based on what I read today, I highly recommend this book for anyone, not just for those with children.

There were some powerful statements in this book. I think it is a good tool on how to spiritually war for your children. There were a couple of "behavioral" recommendations that made me cringe a bit..but overall a great resource!

This was fairly good although it felt like it was based more upon fears and possible disasters to ward against than on keeping a strong faith and believing the promises of God over your children.
