Pretty good. Super intense sometimes and interesting to read. Other times, not so much. Too much detail in something thats not important and suddenly many foreign words that I didnt know. Hard to follow at times. Extremely slow beginning

Good book that grabbed my attention and kept it. Suspense and excitement with political intrigue and corruption. Definitely worth the time if you like that sort of book.

During a visit to the USA, Mikhail Gorbachev has been abducted by terrorists who threaten to kill him unless their bizarre political demands are satisfied. The story moves from New York, Washington and Paris to the labyrinthine tunnels beneath old Warsaw, and finally to the Kremlin.
