Some very interesting facts, some great insights, but, over all, too much of the book was like, "I do what? What does that mean?" I couldn't decide if the techniques were too generalized, if I was over-thinking them, or if they were too specific to be used for general purposes even though they were supposed to be good for everything.
I really expected to like this book better because of the subject matter and all of the sources where I had heard it mentioned or recommended but I found it somewhat annoying--though I can't really say why.
