Had a hard time getting more than two paragraphs without trying to apply or assess the principles as they’ve related to teams I’ve been on or am on, which is to say I’m not a great reader but it’s also highly relevant and applicable. A little lengthy and too thorough to digest it all, but definitely a resource I’ll revisit. The man loves planes.

Honestly, the motif of a real-life plane crash that killed 112 people is just not what you should build your leadership book on.

I read this book taking my time.
For me there’s a lot to think and learn with why the author says and teach in every chapter.
I think this book answer the question: How teams should work? If teams leaders take the approach of the answer found in this book, it will make a whole difference.
Pat MacMillan takes you to a classroom and teach you in one on one what he has learned and discovered in his years of consulting.
If you are leading or not, you must read it. This principles apply to the business world and ministry/church life.

Most appropriate for business, but some parts are also applicable to committees in churches, schools, etc. Worksheets are very useful.

No actionable information. Teams should be collaborative. How? What demonstrates collaboration? Teams should be built not formed. What does this mean?

Too long but principles are good to refer back to for Leadership and healthy teams. Some great team building ideas and concepts.
