Holy crap... I can't believe this seires has come to an end, I've never been so in love with a seires before, I enjoyed every second of these books and just couldn't get enough. The plot over all was fucking brilliant and well thought out, the characters were very interesting and the the large amount of twists and turns keep you on the edge all the way through.... and that ending was just brilliant, I never expected it to end the way it did but holy crap! Amy Cross is a fantastic writer and now a favourite author of mine 🤠
Well, I'm sad that this is the last book of Mercy Willow. I have enjoyed the whole series but I'm sure Amy Cross will invent another great collection of wonderful stories. I am going to read her other books now. Thank you, Amy.
If you’re looking for a review….this is not one. I can’t give anything away about this series other than it’s worth the read.
For Amy Cross… I can’t even begin to put into words what this series is for me. At first it felt like a TV show in the best way possible. Each book was a new adventure with old friends. I found myself becoming part of the town, apart of the life. The last two books have left me speechless. I love a good plot twist but this felt like something else entirely.
This book, the closing book, has me in tears. Both good and bad. I can’t say enough about how much this series touched me. How included i felt and how into the story i became.
I am not one to re read books or even series but this? I will be coming back to again and again. For the memories, the laughs and the scares. Even just for the people (Heidi included)
This series was everything. Thank you for the adventures. They meant everything.
From the first chapter I was immersed in the character(s) The writer did a fantastic job of providing a great mysterious back story of character and gave them life. They are relatable and we all know someone like them. I don’t want to give anything away but each book is a different story that delves deeper into the main character. This last one made me angry, sad and happy. My only issue is that there is a poor job of proofreading. But nothing that distracts from our beloved Mercy.
This was a satisfactory end to the Mercy Willow series, where secrets are revealed amongst the twists and turns.
I enjoyed the series with concurring plots and various characters (dead or alive, real or imagined). I also liked the fast pace and writing style, except for the American words and spelling. There were numerous typos and other errors, yet I was still invested in the intriguing life of Mercy Willow.
I pretty much rapid read any of Amy Cross’s books, and was enthralled with the Crawford series. Some of those stories will stay with me. This series was no different. While I was sad to learn the End was near (the 13th in the series!), I couldn’t predict the beautiful and poignant finale. Thank you, Amy, for your brilliant craft. Keep ‘em coming….
I just finished the last of mercy willows And friends. I will miss you all and will remember you from time to time with love and affection. Thank you ms. Cross for bringing this tale to us and making us care so about people we will never know. God bless Christi and Serena Dunne
All of these books entertaing, and were prime examples of supernatural mysteries. The characters were easily engaged. One caveat; the books must be read in order!
I absolutely LOVED this series. I wish it could have gone on longer because it was a thrill ride. I was a little disappointed in this one as it got a bit too far out with the cult plot. With that said - I can't recall enjoying a series as much as I have this one.
I have really enjoyed each and every book of this series. I have every one of them. At first the end eas a tear jerker for me, but the very end turned out ok.
Brilliant read, I'm glad that Mercy and Nathan get to if I to the afterlife together. It was quite an inspirational series, I look forward to more in the future, well done Amy!
I have just finished all 13 books... What a fun ride I have had! I have laughed, screamed, yelled, and cried! Thank you Amy! I didn't want this journey to end... I am on my way to download more of your beautiful and wonderful books...
I have just finished the whol series and I can not say it was SO GOOD!! I was so invested in all the folks of Candleward that I was sad when I came to the end! I VERY highly recommend this book! A+++
A quality ending to the Mercy West series - leaving us with a clear insight into her life, and her relationships with other people. The ending in particular really stuck with me. Goodbye Mercy West and friends, I’ll reading your ghostly stories.
All I have to say is wow. I actually cried at the end of this series. I have never read a book/series like this. I never imagined it would end like this. It had me on the edge of my seat. I must say Amy Cross knows how to capture an audience.
OMG! Who would have thought that a series that started out the way this one did would end with me in tears? I'm also sad that it's over. I love everything about this series.
Amy Cross didn't let us down. This series of ghost stories were so much fun to read. She even made a sad ending happy, which I'd never thought could be done.
I love the Mercy Willow series. When I started reading it was hard for me to put down my Kindle. I will miss reading them, but Iam sure Amy will come up with more good reading.
