Probably Josh Moody's best, and least well known book. As Nic Wolterstorff points out, Edwards is often not appreciated for his philosophical contribution because he's so hard to nail down & locate vis-à-vis the popular schools of philosophical thought. Easy to read (considering the subject matter) and remarkably thorough. Worth the effort!
