Now we can decide to look for the signs that all is not right. Save what we have, appreciate and love what we have, and enjoy life to the fullest. It cannot be done unless we identify with our truth, observe clearly, feel this reality and connect within. Most of us are caught in the trap of our ego self and the state of our world tells us that. How often do you feel anxious, worried or concerned? Angry and upset with others, have feelings of discontentment, feelings of being unfulfilled and unappreciated? When does your mind not just stop and for an instant in time, do nothing, think no thought and truly rest in solitude and silence, so that those negative feelings can be felt, observed, acknowledged, understood, accepted and then released? Resting your mind in nothingness is to rest your body. And a body which is well rested finds its path to passion, to live with energy and vitality. A mind of no-thought is a mind living consciously in the present moment. But how can anyone ask you to do this? You have never lived apart from thought, and now you are asked to go against the very thing that holds your make believe world together?
Silent: The Power Of Silence by Gregory Nicholas Malouf is your ordinary book. The author shares his darkest moments which transform him into the person he is today. The book simply is a journey of discovery. It is a journey of healing and inner transformation.
If you’ve come to a point in life where you are asking yourself – -What is the point of it all? -Isn’t there more to life than this? -What does it take to be truly happy and at peace?
As you read Silent: The Power Of Silence, it will provide you with the guidance and insights you need to be able to identify the ‘potholes in the road” that are impeding you from consciously creating everything you deserve of desire. You’ll understand why so many lives are caught up in fear, drama, conflict and constant unease, and learn to focus on the things that make life really count.
The author, Gregory Nicholas Malouf has written six volumes of the series THE THOUGHTLESS SERIES along with SILENT: The Power of Silence. Some of us may have some real questions about the way we look at the world. Some are fine at what they see and the was things are. Others are not. The book SILENT was written as a way of helping to improve mental health of readers who are tired and wonder if this is all there is to life.? The author speaks of our inner Self, being as we were when we were born. That is before the evil, uncaring, hurtful people become a part of that child. When born, they are innocent. SO, SO, INNOCENT! Supposedly by applying the listings in the book, you can gain the power to create everything you want and supposedly deserve. Maybe the inner Self is love with no fear but how long does that last? After life gets hold of you and you are beaten down or you beat yourself down. We often expect too much from ourselves. Sometimes to the point of, "Why am I doing this?"
The author, Mr. Malouf shares the discovery journey of his own inner Self and it wasn't an easy one. Mr. Malouf genuinely offers guidance and offers experiments to try.
'Perceive all people as good and use only kind words to speak about them. Pass no judgment for one entire day and see what happens.'
His books are written for each of us to be better and is that happens the world will follow. I feel that this is a book that is Mr. Malouf's journey of his life which is why he is the man he is today.I feel you have to heal inside, the hurt and the pain that has built up over years and years. I don't believe that a person's pain and hurt can always be healed. I don't believe I need a book to tell me the obstacles in my life that are keeping me from easing some of the pain. I don't believe you can create everything you deserve and desire. It's a wonderful thought and a wonderful story, but a bit unrealistic.
Mr. Malouf wrote a good book, if you have the belief that all can be well. It's a good read if you go into it with an open mind and open heart. It's just my own personal opinion that it is a dream. A beautiful dream, but a dream. Life is not an easy one, at time it is harsh, cruel, unforgiving and evil. Not all the time but those things still exist. As Mr. Malouf says in his book that "You can't change the past but we have the power to shape the future." That is so true. I don't think it's always in our hands to do that.
SO I would recommend you read THE THOUGHTLESS SERIES and Silent:The Power of Silence and draw your own conclusions. Everyone has their own opinion.
`Every cell of every conscious being is connected.'
It has been too long since first encountering SILENT and the sincere guidance Gregory Nicholas Malouf offers. Now, after reading the first five volumes of his new series THE THOUGHTLESS SERIES, returning to this book, expanded and revised, makes an even greater impact. For readers who have genuine concerns about the manner in which they view the world and are at peace with their place in it, this book is a fine beginning, but this reader would quickly add that once having read SILENT, then progress through the THOUGHTLESS series as a means of nurturing the improved state of mental health gained from Malouf's gift to a weary world.
The primary concern Malouf addresses in SILENT is discovering and nurturing our inner Self. As he states, `What is our inner Self? It is the perfect, all-loving, imaginative, and highly creative being we are born as when we enter physical form. The inner Self is connected to the divine universal energy of all life - they are one and the same. The inner Self is also a place of knowing, a place of knowing that you are going to learn to reconnect to by applying the processes in this book, so that you are given the power to consciously create everything you desire and deserve. Your inner Self is built on love and does not recognize fear. It is the place within you in which your instincts are felt, your true feelings, which can guide you through life and guide you on this journey of healing you are about to take. Your inner Self has a complete understanding of how you can consciously create your desires.'
Malouf shares his own journey of his discovery of his inner Self and that journey was a harsh one, so if the reader thinks this information is only for isolated spiritual gurus, then his experiences will demonstrate how imperfect that opinion is. His guidance is genuine, gentle, compassionate, and intensely beneficial. He encourages experiments such as `Perceive all people as good and use only kind words to speak about them. Pass no judgment for one entire day, and see what happens.' That is only one small example of how accessibly meaningful his technique is.
`Connecting the dots to abundance' is his motto. This book and all of the books Malouf has written represent his concern for the betterment of each of us and as that happens, the betterment of mankind will surely follow. Highly Recommended.
