Born and bred in the UK, my whole life was turned on its head when, at the tender age of eighteen, I met and fell instantly in love with my darling husband. I knew the minute I met him I was going to marry him and, fortunately, he came to the same conclusion less than six months later. My husband has shown me the world, starting by bringing me to Australia. The country we now call home, and where we have raised our two boys. It didn’t take me long to turn native, becoming a citizen and dropping the British accent. However, our wanderlust didn’t stop there. We have moved from state to state always ready for a new adventure. We have also holidayed in many destinations around the world. No matter where in the world I am I always keep my quirky British sense of humor. Well, you can’t give up all of your heritage now can you?

KEEP IT UNDER WRAPS is a super steamy, extremely suspenseful read and a wonderful continuation to the Reel to Real Series. Lillian Grant is swiftly becoming an auto-buy for me.

Jonathon Devereaux is just not having a good time of it. He’s trying very hard to reform his bad boy ways since his near death experience in Rio, but the Hollywood hunk is finding that hard to do. Now someone sent him a homemade porn DVD of which he is the star but he doesn’t remember doing the actual deed. So he hires a private detective to get to the bottom of it.

Georgina “George” Stanvers doesn’t like Hollywood people since they sent her dad to an early grave, but when Jonathon offers her a job, she is not able to turn it down. As she’s trying to solve the mystery of the DVD, she finds herself attracted to the man who is so much more than outward appearance he shows everyone. And when she suggests acting out the DVD, the sparks really fly.

As Jonathon and George work to find out the source of the DVD more dangerous events explode around them, and they find that Jonathon has more problems than they originally thought. And if they want to make out of this ordeal alive, they will have to trust one another. However, as lust turns into love, trusting Jonathon with her heart may be the most dangerous game of all.

KEEP IT UNDER WRAPS is the second book of the Reel to Real series, and while you don’t have to read the first book to be able to enjoy this, I highly recommend it because it was a fantastic read. This book takes place about six months after Speak to Me of Abduction, the first book in the series, and I was dying to know what happened to Jonathon after the end of the first book.

I was very excited to see that Jonathon kept true to his word and tried to clean up his act. I saw the glimpses of the more mature and grounded man that he had become in KEEP IT UNDER WRAPS in the first book, and it made like him even more. Watching him fall in love made him even sexier in my book, even more than all of his “Devereauxness”.

George was a strong and quite saucy heroine, but she did get a bit on my nerves with her constant distrust of Jonathon. By the time they said the “I Love You”s I was really waiting for her to just get over her baggage already. She redeemed herself in the end though, so it’s all good.

The chemistry between George and Jonathon was VERY HOT. Whew, the scene where the reenact the DVD to try to job Jonathon’s memory...YOWZA. It was totally sizzling. I also loved that he had to work a little bit to get into a woman’s pants. It had been to easy for him for way too long.

The plot was suspenseful and the writing was great. And then ending was the stuff of dreams and fantasies--all created by Jonathon himself. How romantic is that? I just wanted someone to fight for Jonathon for a change. He put his life on the line in the first book and did it again in the second. I thought that George should have had a bit more faith in him after that!

So, overall, the intense chemistry between the characters, the highly suspenseful plot, and very sweet but severely misunderstood hero made KEEP IT UNDER WRAPS a great read. While I didn’t love this one as much as the first of the series, I still highly recommend the book.

I liked seeing the changes in Jonathon's personality from the first release. They made me like him all the more. It was as if he'd finally grown up and become an adult in the intervening months and Ms. Grant's depiction of him was spot on. Good job. I just admit that initially I didn't care for George. Her condescending attitude toward Jonathon who was her employer didn't make sense and in the real world he never would have hired her.

I liked the progression of their relationship and the idea of have then reenact the bondage scene from the DVD was a great idea and allowed then the opportunity to set the sheets on fire. There are also plenty of twists, turns and surprises. There's suspense, uncertainty, action and blistering hot sex. What more could you want?

And just when you think it can't get any hotter...Ms. Grant gives us the sequel to Speak to Me of Abduction. Keep It Under Wraps picks up with younger brother Jonathon trying to shake off the events of Rio, smooth over his playboy image and find true love like big brother Jacob. He's trying hard until an explicit DVD in which he is the star shows up. With his future at stake, he hires a private investigator...

The book is a roller coaster ride of events and sizzling emotions complete with an unpredictable ending.

Ah Jonathan... glad to see he learned something from Rio. Unfortunately what happens in Rio apparently doesn't stay in Rio! George cracked me up. I loved how she didn't really give him any leeway, yet he still burrowed into her heart. I don't think it was so hard for her to burrow into his -- he was looking for that "one and only". And them together was explosive! Their first time recreating the DVD scene... very hot!! And I was glad Jonathan took a leap of faith at the end. How gallant and romantic was that?? Would have sucked if she hadn't felt the same, lol!
