This is a decent little review booklet but not nearly as good as the Basic Math for Dummies with workbook. It does however explain problem solving a little differently than the aforesaid texts especially with respect to factorials which I found useful.

Great for all the crap we have forgotten. I used it for my nursing school entrance exams a few years ago.
