I grabbed this book from a goodwill bookshelf with no great hopes in mind. But to my surprise, it was rather intriguing. Makes you really think about an organization as a whole and what makes it fail or succeed. I liked it because it really hit home as far as my current organization that I am a part of. It make me want to highlight and scan certain paragraphs and secretly email it to all of my supervisors.
