The textual information is appropriate for a middle school student doing research on ancient Greece. My biggest criticism is about the editing: one obvious textual error ("invented invented" on page 58), and some pretty fuzzy illustrations (p. 46 map of Alexander the Great's conquests, pp. 72-74 illustrations of the Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian orders). Otherwise, a decent overview/introduction to the topic for students.
