Demonstrates how calculus is used to understand the fundamental principles behind familiar economic concepts and how actual economic information is used in policy analysis. Includes many numerical, mathematical, and graphical examples. Microeconomics.
I used to have nightmares (like, hahhhaha-fuck-I'm-going-to-fail-this-class-and-in-life nightmares) about this textbook.
My review means naught though, because it was my fault for registering in an advanced microeconomics class way beyond my cognitive abilities. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Really good graduate/advanced undergraduate micro theory book for students who are unfamiliar with a lot of economic theory but have a strong mathematical background. It was written, as I understand it, for physics/engineering students who are changing fields to economics.
