If you want to cook and taste authentic Mexican recipes, this is one great book. My mother and now my sisters and I have enjoyed it for many years. Wonderful recipes, easy to follow. This book makes it easy to understand why UNESCO named Mexican Cuisine a cultural treasure worth preserving.

This is our favorite Mexican cookbook. Everything we've ever made from here has been spectacular. The salsa verde is especially good. There's a chapter from each region of Mexico and the author doesn't shy away from regional dishes that might seem unusual to American households.
