一個香港女記者去拉丁美洲訪問各個國家。如果對那邊的政經情勢沒有長期的觀察和研究的話，其實看起來會有點辛苦。但本書真的對那邊的狀況寫的蠻清楚詳盡的。不過那邊真的比台灣不穩定很多@@，而且元首如果太跟美國唱反調的話好像真的會被暗殺掉。
