Marvel's slickest vampire hunter returns in a brand new ongoing by Bryan Hill (KILLMONGER) and Elena Casagrande (BLACK WIDOW)! True evil is patient. And a dark, ancient power has been simmering quietly for centuries…and when Blade himself is the one to unknowingly unleash it, Marvel's entire supernatural underworld will come out of hiding to demand he handle it. Or pay a pound of flesh for his mistakes. Bloodbaths, blackmail and Blade - you won't want to miss the explosive first issue of this new volume!

Great action, not so great story! Not a bad story, just not more substance or originality to it. It still achieve more than I was hoping for as a marvel comic in those years. I will continue on and see where it goes!
This was a good read and I like the art too. The whole save the world thing has become well…overdone in heroing but I am looking forward to seeing the rest of this saga unfold and will definitely pick up all of the other issues.
Blade is contracted to save a woman who is linked to the end of the world. He takes her to a safe house where they're attacked presumably by the man who tried to kill her in the first place.
I have been reading the various Blade comic book runs and I like them a lot! Blade is an interesting character to read about and I think his story is interesting. This series was no different.
I think this issue sets up a good story for the later issues.
I liked this first introduction to Blade! This series will be fun I cam see and super dark! Hoping they give us good information about the Adana! Interesting look and design.
