A board book of photographs with adult animals teaching their cute offspring how to walk, swim, fish, and play. Nice.

This book can be very intriguing to students working on nonfiction units. One of my students read this book to me and was in complete awe that animals actually had to learn how to do things just like he learns. The actual pictures helped him to relate to the animals and he was able to talk about most of the animals. I would definitely recommend this book for students who are interested in learning more about their world and things in their world.

Baby Animals Learn ~ Las crias de los animales aprenden is a simple preschool or early elementary age science book in both English and Spanish. Our preschool classroom is averages fifty percent Spanish speaking children so it is a perfect book for the preschool science area book shelf. The photos are clear and of mama animals helping their babies and very appealing the children.
