This book is humbling. I think a lot of us want to grow in leadership, but we may not want to be good followers as well. Cooke goes through examples of how we can support our leaders (supervisors, bosses) well. Because if we get to that higher position someday, will we want to lead people who have been as supportive as we have been to my own supervisors? I want to be refreshing water to others, not "vinegar to the teeth and smoke to the eyes" (Philemon 1:7, Proverbs 10:26).

Solid book about being a great follower. Really great for leading staff or sharing in meetings. Lot's of biblical references and stories that add to the weight of these principles.
