This story of family in Ireland at the turn of the century 1900, is very much about what is going on. From the poor to what's new at the time it will keep you guessing. The mother of this large family will surprise you at times as she did her family. Always talking about the life, she had before she married. Seeing Daisys life from the beginning to adult hood holds surprises too. Very good.
