I found it a pleasant reading: it just flew well and natural...but something was missing: maybe, the practical implementatios, only mentioned at the end. It just seemed too focused on marketing, rather than business in general; and the words "systemize, automate and delegate" kind of went as an advice or suggestions...could be more detailed. But, thanks for the shared knowledge.

Practical and encouraging

I keep up with this author ‘s publications and once again he has presented practical suggestions on how to grow your business. He is down to earth and puts it out there straight but with finesse and kindness. I’ll be implementing his suggestions.
