Each book in this bright, exciting series for young children introduces an aspect of the natural or technological world, providing a wealth of fascinating information. The series explores a wide variety of subjects such as how an electric light bulb works, what happens to the sun at night, how dinosaurs kept warm and why many diseases can only affect you once. The simple text and detailed illustrations combine to answer the question of each title in clear, step-by-step stages. Young children who are just beginning to read will enjoy sharing these books with an adult, while more confident readers will have fun discovering for themselves.
What Makes You Ill? is an awesome little book, which gives major knowledge about how we may get ill step by step. The illustrations are also helpful. At the end of the book is put test, which you can try if you think you've learned enough. I like the idea - may be tried by kids who read the book or people, who are trying to see did they remember something from school. If you can't find the answer of a question or questions or the questions, there are answers.
