I had the pleasure of meeting both of the authors and to take the certification course from Jack Phillips. This book is a must read for all of us in the training and development industry. It does not matter that some trainers lean more towards the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, this book is still essential in developing a grounded training evaluation methodology.
