The controversial demonstrator of psychic phenomena explains why he disappeared from the public eye for ten years, discusses his inventions and his psychic peace campaign, and responds to his many critics
As a believer and a fan of Geller and Kreskin (the latter of whom I mind-melded with at a show—for real!), I was happy to find this in a $1 sale bin. Geller narrates most of the book, which is autobiographical but centers on many of his secret projects, which were fascinating. The last quarter of the book is by the co-author, who spent much time with Geller to try to see if he could expose him as a fraud—but ultimately concluded that he was 100-percent genuine. Some interesting discussions on whether many more people possess “psi” skills but just don’t develop them.
I find Uri Geller to be extremely fascinating ! He has lived an extraordinary life filled with mystery and fame ! This book clears up some previous misconceptions put out by “the witch hunters” and follows his rise to the rich and famous but on a whole other level !
