I read this last year and am just reviewing it now. Not sure why except I wasn’t reviewing books on Goodreads at the time, maybe.
There is a lot going on in this ship and it’s chock full of stories from a couple of my favorites. RadclyFfe’s Honor and Blake show up from her PMC series that began with Fated Love. Other familiar characters are in it as well.
You don’t HAVE to know the characters from other books and I don’t think every short story is, but, I think it’s fun if you do. I would never not recommend either of these authors.

Hooked me from the first chapter. It shows a really wide variety of women who love women, and shows many different ways that sexual encounters can be. A must read if you are interested in lesbian erotica and short stories intertwined between them.

Este es el primer libro que me hace sentir que estoy "leyendo" la historia de una pelicula pornografica, ya que se me hicieron muy fuertes las descripciones del sexo y hay mucho mucho sexo que sale de la nada entre las mujeres que están en el crucero.
Se me hizo muy difícil terminar el libro, lo dejaba de lado a cada capítulo que leía.

(2007) Each chapter is a short love story by Radclyffe or Karin Kallmaker. All takes place aboard a Mediterranean cruise. Both writers occasionally use characters from their previous books but I wasn't familiar with them to pick up on that.

I usually do not like compilations of short stories mainly because I love a nice thought out story that I can savor as long as possible. With most short stories its a quickie that satisfies but never really relieves the ache... HOT, STEAMY, CREAMY, DREAMY, WET, SLICK, QUICK AND HARD, SLOW, DEEP, LONG AND WIDE, NEED, WANT, LUST AND LOVE!!
Karin Kallmaker and Radclyffe weave a wonderful story in the first book of the two part series of In Deep Waters. While each story stands on its own they do a great job of making sure all the characters on the ship interact in some way or another with one of the other story's characters. It is a delicate balance and they walk the high wire with ease and assurance. I actually started in the middle somewhere and while it was a great story there were certain things that didn't make sense since they were referring to characters from earlier chapters, so I started over and read it from the beginning.
I have read most of the books written by these two wonderful authors and I am never disappointed! This collection is no exception, if anything it raised the bar for both of them! Each story is not only sexy and alluring but it is also loving and warming. Some involve singles looking for a good time on vacation, others are couples just trying to get some alone time away from their lives. Then we have the multiples, public and private, one night only and pure voyeurism. Friends, lovers, strangers and friends, you will find it all and more in this book and you will not be let down.
Big cocks, little cocks, big breasts and little breasts, tying up and tying down, fast and rough, slow and easy, toy or no toys, watching or doing, twosomes, threesomes, foursomes, more... or if you like the pleasure of one may be enough. Whatever you are looking for and some you never thought you would like, it is all in here and if you don't find at least one story you enjoy then you really need to get your lesbian card revoked!

I like how Karin Kallmaker took characters from her previous books and put them on this cruise. it kind of updated their stories.

Don't very often read short stories, but like both authors, so gave it a try. One word- steamy! If that's what you like, than this book has it. ;)
