I resisted this book for some time because I don't like reading about the Irish 'troubles'. However, I like Graskey's writing and finally picked it up to read. I loved it. Action, conflict, history. It's all there. And yes, with the background of the Irish 'troubles'. Good character development, Shades of gray in moral judgment. What's black and white isn't necessarily so. And the conflict to make the right moral decision isn't always so clear.
I re-read this again this year to watched her character development, her plotting. Her action scenes. Trying to absorb.
