This is a reference work for me. I keep reading different sections and rereading old ones. Dr. Palmer understands Liver diseases well and her views and methods of treating them are current. I have PBC and while it is a rare disease, it is in this book.

This was a very informative book about liver disease with a great deal of future information. The writing style was quite understandable and there was a lot of information provided that is not easily accessible to the general public. I recommend it for anyone facing liver disease
