With superb illustration, fun characters like Christopher Pepper and his best friend Schwags these chronicles will be good seller. If only author can it scrutinized by one good editor, it may become one of the leading fantasy book in the market. OK, let me have a root beer and get recharged . HA!

Fated

In this book the character is chosen by the fates themselves to do battle with the forces of evil and he was given a silver soda through a vending machine at a antique store when he found enough change in the sofas that were there and after that for every soda flavor he drank it would give him a new super power

Discover the adventures Christopher, along with his bestfriend, Schwaggs as they fight villains and avoid dangers. I was amazed by how this book was written. There are lots of books out there that are about magic and spells but this one has its own originality. First of all, a soda. Who would thought of soda as a source of magic? From the title itself I was already captured. And as I read, my satisfaction only grew. Instantly I became a fan and read as I anticipate the next happenings. This is a book that will surely be loved not only by the children but by the adults as well.

I won this book in a goodreads firstreads drawing.

A fairly good YA novel about a kid who gets his super powers from drinking different kinds of soda.

The adventure was good, but what captured my imagination was wondering what powers the kid would get from some of the more exotic forms of soda, like celery, or sweet corn flavors.

Really enjoyed reading this with my little sister, she and I adored the characters (schwags). Lots of action and humor. The illustrations were really cool. Definitely recommending it to others. It's a great saga for children, we can't wait for book #2 the legend of spirit warriors.

I enjoyed the book very much. There was plenty of action and adventure. There were points when I was confused because of multiple typos, but that is okay as long as you put what you think was to be said instead of what was written. I would definitely read this book again. 10/10

I thought this kid fantasy would be a nice addition to the Kindle I have for my students' use, but I couldn't get past the frequent use of the d-word. I'll pass.

Good book

The plot went a little out there, but overall a good read. I enjoyed the adventures of Chris and his friend.
