This book was so funny at parts I almost laughed out loud, and the author did a good job describing things for someone who has never been to Hawaii.
Honestly, I want to go there now! lol
Anyways, I felt like it was a little unrealistic at parts. Like for instance how she's been riding for one month and yet her grandfather is letting her do so many things with horses that could require more experience.
But overall it was a good book and I'd definitely recommend to horse-lovers!

I adore this series, all the horses and tropical tones are perfectly woven together into a book that is really hard to putt down.

(Okay, so I'm just copy/pasting from my review of the other book...)This was a pretty good book for a junior level book. I preferred the first one to the subsequent ones - I sped-read through the first four, and found that they seemed too short, and could have been combined into one book. Vague sense of dissatisfaction about that. However, it was not written for my age level, and the fact that the books all mesh together so completely speaks well for the author's writing ability.

Nice

I read 1-3 when I was younger. So now I'm finishing 4-11 cute. Definitely for preteens. But if you love horses you might like it if your older.
