Excellent book. Slade did his very best to convince Maggie that he was no good, had no redeeming value. The reality of being on the run, and finding out more about his past, almost made her agree. But in spite of everything, Maggie knew that he wasn't as bad as he thought he was, that he was very capable of the caring and love she knew was inside him. I loved the conclusion to the story, and I'm really looking forward to the next phase of the agency.
